I have over 25 years of experience in construction and design.

I specialize in modern renovations and lighting of interior living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms as well as decks and exterior spaces. Working with natural materials such as glass, wood and stone as well as Zero VOC paint to minimize toxins being introduced to your home. Whenever possible I strive to work with local renewable hardwoods and recycled materials as well as LED lighting. There is no job too small.

The photos shown under Modern Condo are my apartment. I feel so fortunate to have found Jason and his crew. They did a very conscientious job renovating the entire place. It was a mess. It had rot in many places, 4 layers of old linoleum in the kitchen and old and damaged heating pipes. Jason found cost effective and clean looking solutions. He also worked with me on design and made excellent suggestions, as well as listened to my ideas and made those look great. In addition, Jason communicated well on progress and issues throughout the construction. If you’ve dealt with contractors before, you might know that doesn’t always happen.
It all came together beautifully. I especially love the lighting and fan in the living room. No surprise, Jason has an extensive background in lighting. As his website states, his work does have an artistic flair that I think anyone would be happy with. I highly recommend him and his team.
